When you call us or fill out our booking form, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the appliance and brand, and a description of the problem. When you book a visit we also collect your service address.

How we use it

• To call or text you back about your repair
• To schedule and complete the service visit
• To send your invoice and follow up on the repair

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a form-handling service. Calls and texts are handled through our business phone provider. We may share details with a parts supplier only when needed to order a part for your repair.

Advertising and analytics

We may use tools such as Google Ads or Google Analytics to understand how people find our site. These tools may use cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
